Was the autobahn empty? I highly doubt it. There has to be another reason why they didn't charge him.
- eveningcoffee 5y agoIt was 3 lane road. If it was empty then practically nobody was on the 3rd lane. German drivers are very predictable and don't do stupid moves. In France, even when there were highways without limits, it would have been impossible to do securely enough. Would be also difficult close to Polish border.
