Residents of MA and NY: you are eligible for Boston Public Library and New York Public Library cards, respectively. Even though you may not be anywhere near a branch location, they have an excellent selection of ebooks. Other states may be similar but I am familiar with MA and NY due to friends and family. Not quite as unrestricted as every teen in America, but still a useful perk (or taxpayer benefit) for MA and NY residents that they may not be aware of.
