- 2ctJoke 4y agoThere is an recommended limit of 130km/h on every Autobahn -- if you drive faster and have an accident you're always responsible at least in parts. Plus: you have to be able to drive by sight -- the same stunt during night-time could have led to a hefty penalty. He didn't get fined because all the circumstances were good enough (morning hours = close to no traffic and good sight; no provable problems driving at that speed).
