- leephillips 5y agoThat certainly looks like it’s about to tell us what a household is, but then doesn’t, except circularly. But it does say that people can use their Netflix account while travelling, as long as they can verify that the device is “authorized”. So the bottom line seems to be that you’re a member of my household if I say you are, no matter where you are.
