As a white guy with a really not white name, I will note that things seem to go better when I’m seen.
There seems to be a lot of complaints and outrage from people that have it pretty good.
- jleyank 5y agoThere has been a number of cases with people using a francophone name vs. An anglophone or allophone name in Quebec yielding different success in initial hiring stages. People are tribal.
