Founders, independent researchers, etc., how do you deal with all the challenges that often come with pursuing your own unique vision? It's a very big question, but here are some of the things I've struggled with myself, or can imagine happening: - general lack of guidance and trying to figure out everything yourself - self-doubt and dealing with criticisms, failures, disappointment - staying motivated and maintaining progress - staying true to your vision, while being open-minded to feedback - navigating big shifts in direction - feeling isolated/alone because no one else understands your vision
