On my team, a couple of us started coming in on (most) Wednesdays. Slowly, more and more of us just started coming in on Wednesdays because it was fun to have a day where we would all hang out together / have lunch together / etc. It's been really nice. So in practice, most of us are now "Hybrid Working" and it's working out great. That being said, if it was mandatory, I would have negative feelings about it.
