We're in the middle of leasing an office because the market for office space is flooded right now: way more supply than demand. We're getting a great price on a long-ish term lease. We did some in-office tests in a coworking space and productivity went through the roof. We seem to be seeing that offices are a kind of thinking and focus tool. Approx. half of our team is remote, so we're kitting out the office with TVs, cameras, and microphones to create a "hybrid space". We're probably going to add some practices like, "all meetings are video calls". Things like that.
