Yes the user experience on this site is AWFUL on mobile. The stand-first vanishes when you scroll but the bottom of it is cut off so you have to scroll to be able to read it. Then when you scroll a pop-up appears asking me to sign up to emails. Absolutely not. I gave up even trying to read the article.
