Mental state at last day of job after spending many years
You have spent many years in your current job happily; No one could be 100% happy, I mean you spent years comfortably without too much complaints.
Now today is your last day in that company and moving to next opportunity in the upcoming days.
How would be your mental state on the last day?

- raulb_ 4y agoI recently felt that way (a year ago), and I felt immensely relieved and excited that I had made that decision. After being comfortable and decently happy in a job, I realised how much I needed to take that step it took me much time to take.
- jleyank 4y agoIf you’re a professional, you (logically) clean up your desk as best you can and move on. It was never a good idea to be an asshole, but now things change in months rather than years. This means it’s far, far more likely to encounter people you did before and for your reputation to spread quickly. Screw that up and you’re going to suffer for a hell of a long time. Remain somebody people want on the team.
