- antirez 15y agoThanks, it is quite a lot of time we don't have a bug report for 2.4 that is severe or not in common with the 2.2 code base, so we decided to release it as stable. We also have big users already using 2.4. However now that it is the default download I expect 2.4 to be more stressed :)
- toisanji 15y agowhen do we get support for lua/scripting in redis?
- antirez 15y agoEither 2.6 that is the current unstable -cluster +scripting, or possibly 3.0 will ship directly with both cluster and scripting.
- aaronblohowiak 15y agoPlease don't wait for 3.0 for scripting, using it in unstable has been very effective for me.
- antirez 15y agoOk, I'll try to push forward the plan for 2.6 as hard as I can. I'm sure shipping 2.6 and 3.0 is a bit more time consuming than shipping everything into 3.0, but actually it can be worth it. Thanks for your feedback :)
- toisanji 15y agowill the scripting work in clustering mode the same way it would work with a single redis instance?
