Isn't this just Anki (flash cards) with extra steps? If you find a new word put it on a flashcard, and get exposed to it daily (spaced repetition) pretty soon

If you find a new word put it on a flashcard, and get exposed to it daily (spaced repetition) pretty soon you'll have learned it.
