Spend on what though? The sanctions are rather porous and quite a bit of the world outside of the self-anointed "International Community" has given at most lip service to the sanctions. Doubt there's much on this planet that Russia could want that it couldn't get.
- gscott 5y agoEspecially with their Yuan reserves. They can simply get whatever they need from China assuming China can deliver it.
- trasz 5y agoChina might not want to. There are signs of Chinese companies cutting ties with Russia. It’s just they don’t turn it into a PR campaign, differently from the West.
