It seems someone disagrees with that statement but I can't edit it anymore to ask for clarification... Cloud is a vague term that doesn't really point to a specific thing nor does it have the same meaning to different people. "Replacing" a vague concept that may or may not be a single entity seems like a hard case to make. On top of that, the concept of a Cloud didn't replace something else either.
