It makes close to zero difference to them and just thinking about the cost costs more. On the other spectrum, I've seen companies that move to bare metal servers. A couple of servers and that's all they need. $120/month from $2000/month and it mattered to them. So yeah, what you're saying is sort of meaningless without understanding the business type/stage/revenue/costs.
