I now live in the neighbourhood that I grew up in; when I was a child there were no transients, no unhoused drug abusers living in the bushes that lined the path to the school. Now there is. It's _not_ the same; and based on the stats here in BC, Canada: I can safely state it's not the same as it was anywhere in this province.
