- exabrial 5y agoTerrestrial Starlink has to have to have moving antennas, correct? Curious how this works on an aircraft moving 650mph....
- ge96 5y agoIs it much faster compared to the 17,500mph LEO speed?
- exabrial 5y agoI imagine it's actually the relative angular velocity that matters, which was my point. A plane moving the correct direction, could potentially chase a satellite across the sky, also moving in the same direction.
- ge96 5y agoWould be cool to see how they coordinate/handle the handoff. I get what you're saying about say Doppler shift. edit: well it happens on ground too but yeah
