It has become a place where angel and vC investors hunt for the next investment. It’s not a welcome place for consumers to actually find products (nobody is that stupid to do that)
- tschwimmer 5y agoI think it's slightly different actually - I think it's a place where founders and VCs can promote their portfolio. I've been asked to upvote many posts on PH from friends and acquaintances and 0% of them have been pre-funding. I'm sure that there is some VC sourcing going on for sure, but my sense is that it's an early stage marketing channel first and foremost.
