The second you run in debug mode with breakpoints in VSCode or Goland you're using Delve. I actually think VSCode uses Delve by default. It's the standard debugger. And it's not complex, most people are interacting with it though their IDE/Editor UI. Most people actually don't know about the race detector. It's not surprising at all that Delve is used more often.
