My wife is trying hard to cope with OCD and is looking for therapists specialized in CBT/ERP. Can you help me with some names of therapists who you think are effective?
- gregjor 4y agoI went to one therapist, over ten years ago, in a city I used to live in. I picked him from the providers my insurance company listed. I don’t have a list of therapists I think are effective. You will have to shop around.
