It is funny that they are imposing such a ban. They hardly have a tech stack which is remarkably exclusive. I can understand if such moratorium is at program manager, architect level or upper management, but regular software engineering is usually pretty meh for all of them. Usually, all the mass recruiting companies are terrible employers. Software engineers leave them for upward mobility & better challenges. They are more of a foot in the door for young aspirants to accumulate some experience points in resume. I can't fathom why would sane people trade one sweatshop for another.
