They have to wait 10 days if the people who filed the notice don't respond.
- GordonS 5y agoWhich is hardly fair if the takedown notice doesn't even have information you'd need to respond - like what exactly is meant to be the infringing content. Also, the claimant allowing one business day (whatever that even means, given the scummy company is in Pakistan and the scummy hiring company is in the US, and the alleged infringees are all over the place!) is quite obviously ridiculous.
