Unfortunately there have been similar problems in other jurisdictions. It's far from clear who is "safe".
For example, the EU now has a DMCA-like copyright takedown process.
- mardifoufs 5y agoThe DMCA is very very tame compared to the new EU copyright rules though. By an order of magnitude imo.
