You should be another column that shows the stacked column for entire adult population (or possibly "population that is employed or seeking employment")

- employeesfyi 5y agoThanks for checking it out and taking the time to comment! We are considering expanding the reference column to have more options, including population and CBSA (core-based statistical area). The idea of limiting it to "population employed/seeking employment" is certainly a way to mitigate some of the challenges of providing a general population comparison.
