Fun fact related to Idea #5: a couple years ago, I had my own similar idea. It was a website where you'd track your progress on various goals (whether that's working out more, writing a novel, losing weight, coding a game, etc.), and it would motivate you by collateral. When you create a new task, you pay some amount of money, and then at the end of the month (or stated goal time), you only get back a percentage of that fee based on how much progress you tracked. 100% done? You get a full refund. 50% done? Half the money is now profits for the site. Didn't do anything? Guess you want me to keep it all. No incentive to cheat since you don't make money from lying, you just end up back where you started.
There would be a second tier for an additional (small) monthly fee that lets you use the site's social media platform to track progress. This would, of course, introduce a cheating incentive, which would be mitigated with Report options and human moderation to catch suspicious activity (i.e. "I completed my monthly goal of writing 5,000 pages in one day!").
