I'm surprised security and confidentiality hasn't been more of an issue point. Especially for Apple.

- ryanbrunner 5y agoI feel like for many companies that was a problem that had to be solved a long time ago. It's pretty rare that you're not taking home a work laptop, or have work data on your phone or at least a company-provided phone already.
- LunaSea 5y agoIt's not going to get solved, simply ignored and pushed under the rug.
- ryanbrunner 5y agoOh for sure a lot of companies never bothered to solve it, but the problem existed prior to everyone working from home.
- onecommentman 5y agoI agree, but in the opposite sense you are probably meaning. If office buildings have been left vacant for many months, I would wonder what sort of sophisticated surveillance systems could have been installed, tested, and activated in the interim. Easier to compromise the physical security of one large complex than 10000 home offices. The last place I would trust from a security standpoint would be the meeting rooms of a major HQ at this point, until they have been sanitized one-by-one.
