EU decision to restrict bee-harming pesticide causes tension with US
- raxxorraxor 5y agoI believe the lack of insects has a different cause since insects have become much more rare already. Some data suggests otherwise, but the quite simple windshield tests of people riding motorbikes seems to be most convincing. Helmets don't get dirty anymore and I doubt we killed all insects with motored vehicles. Still, I think the EU should retain the ability to prohibit imports of certain chemicals. Heck, it should even be possible within the EU regardless of the common market.
