This is a really interesting process you have figured out! Thanks so much for the thorough walk-through! I'm seeing a pattern here (including from other things I've read recently) of these long pauses, that instead of it being a constant nag or being tossed out entirely, using it as a temporary put-aside, so we can potentially regain interest in it, or at least have a refreshed outlook, etc..
