People of the book whose resulting cultures are fairly different. I'm not sure people of the book means anything. The jews think the christians stole their book to make up a new religion and pretend it came from judaism. The christians think islam stole their book to make a new religion and pretend it came from judaism and christianity. Islam believes that the bahai... "people of the book" isn't a unifying feature when you realize everyone is actually territorial about their books.
