- IceMetalPunk 5y agoLet's be clear here, since the headline is misleading: he didn't sue them just for the party. It was a wrongful termination suit, because they fired him for having a panic attack in response to the party he told them not to throw because it might trigger a panic attack. As someone with an anxiety disorder myself, if anyone ever fired me for having a panic attack or other anxiety-related episode, you're damn right I'd sue them for wrongful termination, even though I'm generally not the litigious type. Because fuck that.
