Oh. Seems a bit extreme for you to claim "According to Spanish law [...] what he is doing, is illegal" then, don't you think? If everything points towards him not breaking the law, shouldn't we by default assume that he in fact didn't break any law? Unless you have something pointing towards that he did break the law after-all.
