Within the next year you will literally be able to go to CVS and buy whatever you want via Lightning Network and it’ll be nearly instant. An actual completed transaction too, not something that doesn’t settle until later.
- dimgl 5y agoI just don't care that much really. The current systems work fine IMO.
- jrsj 5y agoThey work fine but they’re relatively expensive. 3% of the total cost of a transaction can be a double digit percentage of the profit margin of a sale. Then there’s the risk of chargebacks etc adding more cost on top of that.
