- jseban 5y agoYeah plant based diets makes it even more complex and less understood, and they have many obvious big downsides that are not really addressed. Plant based diets are "good" if you are having issues with overeating/overweight and/or a diet lacking vegetables. I guess that's a lot of people, but definitely not everyone.

- shafyy 5y agoI think it's clear that even though beyond meat is plant-based, it's not healthy. Note that I said balanced plant-based diet.
