The only things different than what you asked for are 1) people aren't directly comparing one photo with the other and 2) the people doing the judging are looking at you with under the lens of dating (which I think would be okay in this use case.) Also, saying that it would probably need to be "ad supported" suggests that you might not be willing to pay for it, though.
