Tech Bans Hurt Russian Dissidents More Than They Help Ukraine
- bediger4000 5y agoI'm always a little suspicious of these articles - tech bans also hurt the companies that sell the tech in question. I always have a little feeling that these are submarine PR hits by the companies that sell the tech.
