Because they are not in charge.
The product/ad/business team could "fix" this, and then what would happen is they'd layoff some folks (usually editorial side) a few months later as the revenue drop hits home.
- notreallyserio 5y agoI doubt the product/ad/business team sees any benefit when page content shifts around and Google downranks the site for it.
