The best advice anyone can give you, obviously get diagnosed before...
If you have money it's the best thing you can do, I don't have money for medication (I only have enough for depression medication) and I have to manage having OCD without medication.
- cshimmin 4y agoFWIW the first line OCD meds are antidepressants (SSRIs). If you're not already on SSRI maybe you can look into switching and killing two birds with one drug.
