Not a lawyer, but I'd rather sue them at least for the $500k "deferred income".
- punkst 4y agoSo the company is an LLC, there isn't $500k on account. So I could only sue them into bankruptcy. :(
- otagekki 4y agoStill better than getting zilch though, it's up to you to see if it's worth it (returns > legal fees). I'd keep the algorithm, tune it and earn money from it myself. Maybe. They can't sue you for using your brain to make something that earns money.
