I used to do Hi <name>, <email text> Regards, <my name> Recently I've been influenced a bit by reading https://twitter.com/TechEmails https://twitter.com/TechEmails and I'm trying to be even less formal and go without the "Hi" and "Regards". Long corporate signatures with logos and stuff are an abomination.
