The article doesn't mention the repercussions. It's hard to think of any that would be a net benefit to Russia. Sanctions would just be redundant. A conventional war with the US would not be in their favor. If the threat is WMD, the US is unlikely to be bullied into submission.
Will the repercussions be additional harsh words?
- john_the_writer 5y agoThe WMD's don't really need to be pointed at the US. Don't need to bully the US. Bully EU would do it.
