On 4, the answer is no, but Lambda school in particular has developed a reputation at least in my circles for producing people who are less qualified than folks with no bootcamp or experience on their resume because it is not an effective program. Rather than addressing their pedagogical failures, they decided to change their name, commit fraud & lie to potential students. Which opens them up to being sued, if only by students, like this woman, who opted out of the arbitration clause.
