Twitter board adopts poison pill to block Elon Musk takeover bid
- salawat 5y agoSo... Wait. What stops Musk from straw purchasing? This sounds suspiciously like revoking right of first sale of stock by shareholders, or at least blatant discrimination. Or is this another case of "private entity, all normative values out the window"?
