Taking into account the current situation, you should be OK. I am not sure about FAANG, but with other companies, they are, at least in my home country, desperate to find IT talent.
- formerkrogemp 5y agoMy relative is a developer pushing 53, and he's assumed more management responsibilities. I think this current labor shortage will be fine for you, but it depends on your industry and company.
