- jdlshore 5y agoAgreed, this seems like shallow advice. It seems to assume individual work rather than teamwork as well. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool XP'er, so I prefer continuous integration, which involves merging code every few hours.
- picture_view 5y agoI agree with the general premise that consistently shipping and chunking your work to make that possible is very important. Personally I know that I feel a lot better on weeks I ship vs weeks I don’t ship. Obviously there is no 1 size fits all solutions for, well, anything.
