So it's still people doing the work, only the contract exists in a different type of database. I'm really missing something if that is supposed to be substantially different than the current relationship I have with my insurance company. Although with my insurance company I at least know the assessor is qualified enough to look at pictures from a car accident and determine the sequence of events and who was probably at fault.
