What would you say if I quoted a similar index released by Beijing (as opposed to Washington) that shows opposite score?
- ebruchez 5y agoI would say that I generally have more trust in openness, transparency, and independence than in closeness, opacity, and subservience to a single party. Therefore, a priori, I would assign more trust to documents and research produced in the "West" or other places with these values than in anything coming out of mainland China. But please, go ahead and quote.
