I think there's no point for Russian forces intentionally target civilians.
- archagon 5y agoThere's "no point" in organized war atrocities, and yet they happen anyway. Which is to say there actually is a point: terror, demotivation, channeling the anger and frustration of your troops into a "soft" target, etc.
