Who is going to judge you? The current employer that you are leaving anyway? The new employer that is hiring you anyway? Sure, you don't want to chain together a whole bunch of those. But I see so many resumes that are a string of 1 year + 1 month, and I know they only stayed because of cliff vesting. It's not 1993 anymore.
