You have the same problem with MS or Google, and Google probably isn't going to kill Gmail/Drive anytime soon. If it's a core service you're fine.

- rapsey 4y agoYou can absolutely contact support for MS products and they will be helpful. I've done it multiple times for our tiny account.
- datavirtue 4y agoSame here. Their support is rock solid.
- agentdrtran 4y agoGoogle also has support for all paid Workspace tiers.
