You included MS Answers, but left out discussions.apple.com, which I find to be an even greater disappointment. This pair of $2T+ enterprises have failed so badly at something that should be table stakes. How hard would it be to pay a small team to go through this tangled mess and clean it up and keep it that way? How little do they care about the attitudes of their users??
